- What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. As a result, Pinky Blossoms. offers a Guarantee Return Policy. Qualified personnel inspect all items shipped by us. You are not responsible for the shipment until arrival. In the unlikely event, that an item arrives with apparent damage, please contact us immediately at 205.206.3901 or 205.490.3070, or by email at email@example.com. In the event of a return, Pinky Blossoms is not responsible for the item(s) lost.
- How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Items may be returned or exchanged, however they must be in the original packaging, have not been worn, washed or decorated. Please do not send back any merchandise without our knowledge. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on items returned. Please check with Customer Service before returning any items.
- What if J.Lisandra makes a mistake on my order?
If an item has been shipped to you in error on our part we will replace the item and shipping at our cost. We will send a return envelope to return the incorrect item to us.
- How can I track my order?
Orders are shipped the same day if received by 2:00 PM (CST), after 2:00 PM (CST) the order will ship the next business day. Tracking will be provided via email. We ship USPS and UPS.

- When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the next business day.

Orders ship USPS or UPS. An email will be sent to you with the tracking information.
